Perishable Products

To ensure the freshness and quality of our organic products:

  • Fresh produce and perishable goods are shipped using temperature- controlled packaging where necessary
  • Orders containing perishable items will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
  • We recommend someone be available to receive perishable shipments upon delivery.

Delivery Issues

Missed Deliveries If no one is available to receive your package, the carrier may leave it in a safe location or attempt re-delivery. Please check your tracking information for updates. Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or proof of loss. We will either replace the damaged items or issue a refund.
